Women’s Health
Women’s health has been recognized by traditional Chinese doctors as paramount to the health of families and to society at large since at least 682 A.D. when the first medical texts dealing with this subject were written. This was due to women’s role in bearing children and primary responsibility for keeping the family healthy.
Therefore, Chinese Gynecology has alternately been referred to as “Nurturing Life” and is a vast field of knowledge. Because of this rich history and depth of experience, Chinese Medicine has much to offer in addressing gynecological disorders and other health concerns for women.

Menopause/Peri-Menopause
I help women who are suffering from a host of menopausal related issues, from hot flashes to joint pain – which is the #1 most cited menopausal symptom in the world!
Anxiety, poor sleeping, memory issues and other problems related to hormonal imbalances during this time may often be relieved with the use of Chinese Herbs and Acupuncture.
Low libido, vaginal dryness and other issues affecting sexuality in mid-life are other areas where Chinese medicine may help menopausal or perimenopausal women.
